Under English law, items purchased from my Online Shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Provided such items are received by David Radisic Designs in a re-saleable condition, a refund including original shipping cost will be issued. The cost of returning the item will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.
If an incorrect item is sent by David Radisic Designs, it will be replaced only if it is returned to David Radisic Designs within 14 days of receipt, in which case we will refund the cost of returning the item.
Refunds cannot be made for any sealed items that have been opened, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We are unable to accept cancellation of, or returns for, digital items once downloading has commenced.
If you wish to claim a refund you must do so in writing, by letter or e-mail, and the item must be returned to David Radisic Designs, within14 days of receipt.
